I have lived in Toronto most of my life. Grew up in the Trinity Bellwoods Park neighbourhood (on Crawford Street) and now live in the Hillcrest Village-Humewood neighbourhood.

First started in real estate at the age of 15, as a receptionist, part-time, after school.  I also worked for a Real Estate Appraisal company for a few years, before a change in careers took me to the management development industry, with a role in marketing. I returned to Real Estate, and at the same time did some work as a General Contractor, which was a great experience, and gave me a different set of skills, to better help my clients in the real estate field. 

I am open and honest with my clients, and my first priority is looking after the client's best interests and going above and beyond the call of duty. I am passionate about what I do.  I am committed to my clients and getting them the best deal.  I will be there for the client before the sale and well after the deal has closed, to ensure that the client has a positive experience, as stress-free as possible.

I enjoy working with first time home-buyers who can only afford a $200,000 property, as well as working with professional athletes who are buying and selling multi-million dollar homes, as well as assist with relocation.

Today is the day we get the keys to our new home!! Sylvie helped make it all possible.

Sylvie continues to amaze us with her constant energy and her commitment to her clients.  During our eight months of house searching, Sylvie became our stand in agent, as our original agent had gone on vacation. 
Sylvie held a firm position in helping us find a home.  She was amazing.  Any time we had a questions, no matter how small, she would always provide the answer.  She left no stone unturned.

The day after signing our deal, she came by with a lovely gift basket.  The basket was not typical - it was chosen with thought.  It fit our personality.  It contained a beautiful plant, wooden coasters and place mats.

Though I thought I could never afford to own a century home, Sylvie not only helped me find one, she helped me work with CMHC in order to be able to upgrade wiring and plumbing to own a "New Century Home". Within weeks of moving in, my home had increased in value and I had the home I never thought I could have afforded.

Sylvie is the most professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated agent I have ever met. Sylvie will go far beyond your expectations when working for you. You cannot find another agent as well educated and up to date on real estate law; I have seen with my own eyes the jaw drop of the "other" agent as Sylvie sets them straight... ...What can I say... Two houses six weeks apart, both were sold in less than one week - EACH at their full asking price! Sylvie communicated effectively and responded just as quick and effective during negotiations.  She priced the house just right and gave good advice to stage it for a successful open house and sale.  I have not hesitated to recommend her to everyone.

Sylvie, thank you so much for your help and patience throughout this ‘experience'.
I know I was very excited about the house and didn't really pay attention to everything else that was happening in the background.
Negotiating with the seller and the other agent was not a pleasant experience, yet you never complained about it and didn't let me in on what was happening, during the negotiations.
I didn't have a clue.  All I know is that you got us a great house, at a HUGELY reduced price.
You know I would have paid almost full asking price, yet you got us $50K off AND cash to fix wiring, etc.
I have worked with many agents before, and I have never been given the advice you gave us.
What you thought about doing, and to actually make it happen, was totally amazing.

You made it a great experience, and we have the most amazing house on the street. 

In fact, the most amazing house in the neighbourhood.
