Each Saturday until October 25, the great Withrow Park Farmers' Market showcases fruits and vegetables at their peak of perfection.

DUFFERIN GROVE ORGANIC - Thursdays Only until December 18, 7 p.m.

A year-round farmers' market every Thursday afternoon from 3 to 7 pm. Outdoors in the beauty of the park in summer, on the skating rink pad in fall, and inside the rink buildings throughout the winter. Local farmers and city-based food producers bring a great variety of organic foods. A special feature of the market is wood-fired oven breads baked right in the park.

TRINITY BELLWOODS FARMERS' MARKET - Ends October 28, 7 p.m.

Cost: Free                            

Local community Farmer Market. Our mandate is to support and promote local and urban sustainable agriculture. To educate the community in the foods they eat, the source in which it comes and how it is grown and/or prepared. To increase community access to healthy, local organically grown produce, meats and dairy. And to create a vibrant public space in Trinity Bellwoods for the surrounding neighbourhood.
The Trinity Bellwoods Farmers Market is a seasonal market that happens only on Tuesdays. We encourage walking, cycling or TTC to get there. Please bring your re-useable shopping bags. Please do not park on the east curb of Shaw bordering the location, as it is reserved for vendor vehicles. It is an on-leash area for pets and smoking in the immediate market area is prohibited. Ontario Model Soldier Society Annual Show & Competition
Saturday & Sunday, June 14 & 15, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Fort York will host the annual Ontario Model Soldier Society Show and Competition for the third consecutive year. Displays include various levels of toy soldiers, connoisseur figures, dioramas, as well as larger displays of more than a thousand pieces. Demonstrations include painting and casting and groundwork techniques. Many vendors will also be on site. Free admission.

High Park is My Park Day
Sunday, June 22 from Noon to 4 p.m.
Enjoy various activities in select locations in High Park - a day celebrating one of the City's largest and most beautiful parks. For instance, don't miss the free exhibit in the coach house adjacent to Colborne Lodge at the south end of the park which features nostalgic park memories from older generations, along with images of the grounds, both past and present.
